Dear Barnegat Township School District,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

This is my third request for documentation. I am particularizing my request for public records as I do not believe the records requested are part of attorney client privilege.
Records requested: Please forward all complaints brought against Richard Quelch in his capacity as a Board of Education member. Please include emails from the union representative as well as any letters of representation on Mr. Quelch's behalf.
