Dear Ridgewood Village,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

Can you clarify what you mean when you say "compensation arrangement of Ridgewood Directors" ? what exactly are you looking for? An ordinance outlining the salary ranges of each director, an ordinance outlining the contract of Village directors? Your request need to be specific as possible.

In response to your OPRA request regarding an ordinance outlining the
salary ranges of the Village of Ridgewood Directors,  we require an
extension.  I expect to have your response on or before November 19, 2024.
The ordinance has not been adopted until the November 13^th public
meeting. Once it passes, I will send you the ordinance and it will posted
in the Ridgewood News on Friday, November 15, 2024.
