Good afternoon;

Per the Police Department your OPRA request requires additional time
beyond the seven (7) business days to fulfill.  OPRA allows custodians to
seek extensions of time pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.i.  Specifically,
OPRA states that, “the requestor shall be advised by the custodian when
the record can be made available. If the record is not made available by
that time, access shall be deemed denied.”

Your request requires an extension of time until November 5, 2021.

Body worn camera video and Incident report#'s 21016605, 20012618,
20015740, 20015507, 20016405, 20022387 and 20028037.  The BWC video and
IR# 21016605 were redacted pursuant to Executive Order No. 26 (McGreevey
2002), Information relating to medical, psychiatric or psychological
history, diagnosis, treatment or evaluation.  Incident report#21006182 is
denied pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1  Criminal investigatory records -
records which are not required by law to be made, maintained or kept on
file that are held by a law enforcement agency which pertain to any
criminal investigation or related civil enforcement proceeding.
