Dear Holmdel Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: Please provide all communications (in PDF copies to the email address listed below regarding the following topics:

1) Communications concerning the Horn Antenna between members of the governing body, outside entities, and/or township employees from January 1, 2020 to April 20, 2023; and

2) Please provide any subsequent communications between the above entities which pertain to "Crawford's Hill" from January 1, 2020 to April 20, 2023; and

3) Please provide further subsequent communications between the above entities pertaining to discussions of "development," "redevelopment," "selling," and "purchasing" of Crawford's Corner and/or the Horn Antenna between January 1, 2020 to April 20, 2023.

The Township legally has (7) business days to respond to OPRA request which starts the day after receiving the request. Your request was received on April 20th, the clock started on April 21st, which makes it responsive on May 1st. If more time is required I will let you know by the end of business today.

identify specific individuals, but it was processed as it pertains to the
