With regards to this OPRA request that sought “Communications to and from
Eric Wachter about the following queries from the dates 8-30-2017 through
1-6-2019: Patrick Duff or 753 Walnut or Lynn or MLK House”, the term
“Lynn” is too general for a search criteria, resulting in over 2,800
emails being identified.

 

May the NJDEP modify your email request to Communications to and from Eric
Wachter about the following queries from the dates 8-30-2017 through
1-6-2019 where the criteria is either “Patrick Duff”  or “753 Walnut” or
“MLK House” OR (Lynn AND (Duff OR “753 Walnut” OR “MLK House”))?

 

For “Lynn”, this will capture any emails where “Lynn” is identified that
relates to you, 753 Walnut or the MLK House.
