Any current Bernardsville Police Department policies or documented procedures relating to telecommunications, two-way radio usage, or dispatch procedures.
Any current memorandums of understanding or liaison agreements with neighboring police departments, Somerset, or Morris county relating to telecommunications, telecommunications interoperability, and dispatch procedures.
