-Council Member Phil Cohen's email address as listed on the City's website is "[email address]" but aware that Council Member Cohen also uses "[email address]" in other communications
-If the Councilmember uses any other email addresses that have been associated in communication with Eamonn Frawley at "[email address]" - those records would like to be requested as well
