regarding the "special meeting" originally scheduled for 5/30/24 and moved
to 6/3/24, from May 1, 2024- present.
Unfortunately, at this time, we still do not have the resources to search
these emails. Our temporary IT vendor has not been able to schedule time
to retrieve the files you requested. Therefore, I need an extension until
July 31, 2024 in the hopes that he can accommodate the balance of your
request as soon as possible. Once again, I appreciate your patience.
