Commercial tax abatements last 5 years
Dear Atlantic Highlands Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. List of all commercial property addresses on the following streets which have received tax abatements since 1/1/2016 . First Avenue, Hennessey Ave., Center Ave., Bay Ave., West Avenue, West Mount, West Highland, West Washington, West Garfield or West Lincoln
2. Owners of record of the properties in item #1. (whether individual or corporate ownership)
3. The dollar amount of tax abatement per address in #1 by year.

Also, since the tax assessor's hours are so limited, it will be difficult for me to reach her by phone. Is there anyone else in the municipal offices who understands the meaning of these column headers?

- Ex Code1 - Is a code that we are required to use to describe
the abatement.
- Ex Amt1 - The assessed amount that taxes are not paid on, the amount
exempted from taxes.
- Net Value - Is the current assessment of the property
