I'm curious why this information cannot be provided via email. The data were provided via email, so the definitions of the data items shouldn't be considered confidential.

Also, since the tax assessor's hours are so limited, it will be difficult for me to reach her by phone. Is there anyone else in the municipal offices who understands the meaning of these column headers?
