Records Requested:

A digital copy of the most recently approved memorandum of ALL collective
bargaining units with which the township, city, borough, etc., currently
holds active agreements.

Please include the most recent contract booklet (signed or unsigned), the
most recent memorandum of agreement, salary guides, and any sidebar
agreements, if applicable.
You will note that the Borough of Interlaken has one collective bargaining
agreement. Attached is the resolution and contract documents related to
your request. 
At this time, the Borough considered this OPRA fulfilled. Should you
have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact me or file a
subsequent request.
