A digital copy of the most recently approved memorandum of ALL collective bargaining units with which the township, city, borough, etc., currently holds active agreements.
Please include the most recent contract booklet (signed or unsigned), the most recent memorandum of agreement, salary guides, and any sidebar agreements, if applicable.

This OPRA request should be rejected due to the term " ALL collective bargaining units" An OPRA request must list specific document and not leave it up to the municipality to choose the documents. In an effort to provide you with a timely response there are four bargaining contracts attached.
