Thank you for the prompt response. While I believe my request was properly worded, I am requesting the aforementioned documents relating to Cody Goldberg, as referenced here:

I understand there are circumstances that arise in which documents may be ordered to be permanently deleted or not able to be released. Your OPRA response indicates that Moorestown PD is not in possession of any such records. Please confirm whether Moorestown PD has no responsive records or if the records requested are possessed but otherwise unable to be released.
