We are in receipt of your Open Public Records Act request regarding “code violations for the last year”.
The Borough of Fort Lee does not have a specific listing of properties that have code violations. We can certainly fulfill your request providing that specific addresses are given. Your request as submitted is too broad, therefore we are unable to provide you with the information requested.
Documents related to summons or other Municipal Court related documents as filed in the Fort Lee Municipal Court are to be obtained by completing a Judiciary Records Request which can be obtained through the New Jersey Courts online website. Please contact the Fort Lee Municipal Court at 201-592-3500 ext. 1509 for additional information.
