ROAD House the house.   No
yard in Brielle
looks like this.
Piles of garbage
are kept on the
front yard, often
not in a garbage
can for safe
keeping, and
routinely blows on
neighboring
properties.  Debris
is scattered about
all over the front
property and left
there for extended
periods of time. 
The property looks
like a slum and has
since they moved in
In 611 Code Garbage in 2 years ago. 
3/11/2026 Progress RANKIN Enforcement Street Tomorrow is garbage
ROAD pick up day and
while there will be
some clean up, the
scattered debris
will remain and the
garbage will again
pile up during the
following week. 
This has to be
stopped.  Not only
is it an eye sore
but it will most
certainly attract
rodent
infestation.  Thank

attention to this
matter.  Bill

over allowed
ordinance.
Landscapers have
multiple leaf
blowers going at
the same time and
they are wearing
404 ear protection.
3/11/2026 In Osprey Code Zoning NO ONE is enforcing
Progress Point Enforcement Violations the ordinance or
Drive educating
Landscapers. I work
at home and  can`t
get on calls with
my windows open
when they are
operating at all
hrs around my
house.

and the common law right of access.  I am not required to fill out an
official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request
per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including
all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place
of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New
Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL use the requested government records for a commercial purpose (Real
Estate).

Records requested:

Code Violation List Request for 03/03/2026 to 04/20/2026. I kindly request
a list of all UNRESOLVED or OPEN code violations (please do not include
closed violations) for all properties in the city during this time period,
specifically related to property maintenance, structural issues, and
weeds. Please include descriptions of the violations, property addresses,
and violation dates. I also prefer for the document to be sent here in
OPRA not in my email (sometimes it does not appear in my inbox). Thank you
so much!
