The City does not maintain a separate report listing only open or unresolved violations.. Under OPRA, the City is required to provide existing records, but it is not required to create new documents, compile data, or perform research.

The attached Enforcer report is the only existing responsive record for the date range you requested.

If you have questions about a specific property or need records for a particular address, you may submit a separate OPRA request for that property and the City will provide any existing records for that location.
