Records Requested:
Please provide a list of all UNRESOLVED or OPEN RESIDENTIAL code enforcement / property maintenance / building code violations issued in Clementon Borough between [8/05/25] and [9/05/25]. Please exclude closed or abated violations.
Include at minimum:
- Property address
- Block & Lot (if available)
- Case/complaint number
- Date violation opened
- Violation description
- Code/section cited
- Current status (open/unresolved)
- Any fines/penalties (if applicable)
Preferred delivery (in order):
1. Upload the records to this OPRAmachine request page as CSV or Excel (CSV preferred — machine-readable).
2. If upload is not possible, please email CSV/Excel .
3. If CSV/Excel is not available, provide searchable PDFs (not image-only scans).
This request is for commercial purposes. If any portion is denied or fees will be incurred, please provide the statutory basis for denial and a written fee estimate before processing. Please confirm receipt and identify the records custodian if you are not that person.
