2) Records of Developer fees collected (receipt or ledger), showing date paid, developer name, business address, property location, property assessment used for fee determination, and amount paid BY developer, BY year for 2015, 2016, 2017 2018
3) Trust Fund Account monitoring records as submitted to COAH, including the source and ID of all deposits and expenditures, for 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018
In the event that any record does not have the exact information requested, or cannot be sorted as requested, please provide the most complete information available, in the most usable format.

I am writing to request an internal review of Nutley Township's handling of my OPRA request 'COAH Developer Fees and Housing Trust Fund Account.
By law, I should have received a reply by today, 14-May-2018. As a common courtesy, I feel someone should have acknowledged this request within 48 hours of receipt. And, if a delay was anticipated, an explanation and advisement would have been appropriate. Please provide the requested records within 48 hours.
