I am writing to request an internal review of Nutley Township's handling of my OPRA request 'COAH Developer Fees and Housing Trust Fund Account.

By law, I should have received a reply by today, 14-May-2018. As a common courtesy, I feel someone should have acknowledged this request within 48 hours of receipt. And, if a delay was anticipated, an explanation and advisement would have been appropriate. Please provide the requested records within 48 hours.
