Hello-I am not clear as to what documents you are looking for in this OPRA request. Please be more specific - What COAH agreements and financial transactions? These are not normal documents we would have.

Dear Connolly, Maria [DCA],
I am seeking records related to the Mt Laurel Housing Act which prompted the creation of the Council on Affordable Housing (COAH) for Lindenwold Borough, Camden County, NJ.
In response to this act, many municipalities chose to use their COAH appropriations to build affordable housing complexes in Lindenwold Borough resulting in 25+ affordable housing complexes within the municipality.
I am seeking 1) any records that help me identify which NJ municipalities built affordable housing in Lindenwold, 2) any payments from those municipalities to Lindenwold, and 3) records of Lindenwold Borough's COAH appropriations.
I have petitioned both the borough of Lindenwold and Camden County for these records with little success.
Any direction you can provide on the appropriate body to request these records from is greatly appreciated 🙏

So you are looking for Regional Contribution Agreements (RCAs) that Lindenwold was a RCA receiver? We have no record of Lindenwold receiving any RCAs from other municipalities.
