RECORDS REQUESTED:
1. The minutes of all Township Committee closed (executive) meetings held in 2022.
2. The resolutions that authorized, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 10:4-13, each Township Committee closed meeting held in 2022.

Good Afternoon Mr. Paff,
Attached please find a copy of the Executive Session Resolutions.
The personnel matter in February was held in open session, and the minutes of that meeting are attached.
March subject matter was to discuss personnel where no decision or action was taken after executive session. Due to the resignation of the former Deputy Clerk on March 31st, the minutes of the March Executive Session were just found in draft form so they have not yet been approved by the Township Committee. The draft minutes will be placed on the Committee's August 23rd agenda for review and approval. Once approved, a copy will be provided to you in response to your request.
The minutes of the July Executive session are draft and have not been approved. When approved, they will be exempt from disclosure under the attorney client communication exemption.

The March Executive Session minutes were not approved last Tuesday evening because only 2 of the 4 members who participated were present - and to allow the other two members the opportunity to review and vote, the minutes are expected to be approved during the September Committee meeting and will be promptly provided after they have been approved
