Dear PCR,

In response to your OPRA request below.

As it pertains to the Clerk:  Attached please find three recordings ( I
will have to send the first one separate it’s 42 minutes long) which I
recorded during the public work session and would touch my phone to makes
sure it was going  during the meeting. One recording  is 42.06 minutes,
one is 14:44 minutes and one is 20 minutes . During the meeting I was
recording segments and writing notes  which are reflected in the 7 page
draft minute document attached from the 2/9 meeting. During the public
portion I used my phone to check the running timer for the 3 minute
allocated speaking portion, from now on I will use my watch instead of
cellphone since I was not aware that wasn’t allowed.

As it pertains to the Attorney: Please find two emails that were sent by
Mr. DiPisa  to himself during the meeting pertaining to the Township
Business.: (1) “ to Call Frank Covelli at the JIF to see if they will
review our personnel manual”  and (2) Subject: 2/23 mgt 6:30 start to
interview clerk.”

That is all I have available as a response to your OPRA request.

Have a great weekend, enjoy the spring like Saturday before the wintery
Sunday!

Maggie

Dear Maggie Giandomenico,

Thank You for your quick response. I will take you at your word that this is your reasoning for using a cell phone during towns business.
No need to send out additional tape. The meeting was hard enough to listen to the first time. I will consider this OPRA complete.

Yours sincerely,

PCR

Maggie Giandomenico, Rochelle Park Township

Thank you and I agree. Have a nice weekend! Maggie
