In response to your additional request for information below, the following data is from our Personnel Officer:
Annual increase vary on contractual agreements between the unions, and for non-unions the basic COLA increases, or unless there is a contract between the employee and the township.
We are held to NJ PL 2011 Chapter 78 for our deductions based on our salaries.
Increases in the health insurance premiums are worked out between the township and our brokers as we are self-insured.
Vacation and sick is subject to said contracts between all 4 unions, and for non-union it is based of years of service and written in our code book.
