Dear New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.), I respectfully request access to the following government records:
For the Clean Communities grant awarded to Jackson Township for calendar year(s) 2023, 2024, and/or 2025:
1. All grant applications submitted by the Township.
2. All award letters issued by NJDEP.
3. All interim and final expenditure reports submitted to NJDEP.
4. All certifications signed by municipal officials regarding compliance with Clean Communities program requirements.
5. Any supporting documentation submitted to NJDEP reflecting expenditures incurred during the month of September (including but not limited to payroll summaries, overtime reports, invoices, event descriptions, educational materials, or cleanup activity reports).
6. Any correspondence between NJDEP and the Township regarding September expenditures.
7. Any audit findings, compliance reviews, deficiency notices, or corrective action communications related to September expenditures.
