Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide:
1) copies of all resumes, employment applications, and letters of resignation for former employee Claribel Azcona-Barber,
2) records or statements sufficient to show the start date, separation date, job title, starting salary, and final salary for each term of employment for Ms. Azcona-Barber.

I believe she worked in the Governor's Office twice (once under McGreevey and once under Corzine), and also for the office of Assemblyman Joseph Egan. Any information you can provide would be helpful, thanks.
