Dear Scotch Plains Township,
If your municipality has a police civilian review board, or police citizen advisory board could you please provide a copy of the ordinance/resolution that formed the board and their by-laws.

This response to your request is being provided to you on the same business day after the custodian’s receipt of said request.
Request: See attached OPRA Request Email.
Response: As stated in the attached Email from Lt. David Smith, The Township of Scotch Plains does not have civilian review boards; therefore, no ordinances are available.
END OF REQUESTED ITEMS
By this letter of response, the Township of Scotch Plains will consider your OPRA request dated April 21, 2021, complete unless otherwise informed.
