The Borough of Mount Arlington received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on April 20, 2021. As such, the (7) seven business day deadline to respond to your request is April 29, 2021. This response to your request is being provided to you on the (1) first business day after the custodian's receipt of said request.

Your requests sought the following information:

“If your municipality has a police civilian review board, or police citizen advisory board could you please provide a copy of the ordinance/resolution that formed the board and their by-laws."
