If your municipality has a police civilian review board, or police citizen advisory board could you please provide a copy of the ordinance/resolution that formed the board and their by-laws.

Hello Mr. Michalowski - The Borough of Flemington does not have a police
civilian review board or a police citizen advisory board.
Council did appoint an ad-hoc Citizens' working group in 2020; I have
attached a copy of the resolution creating that group. Thank you -
