In the first instance, the Township does not maintain a “list of all
vehicles belonging to the Cinnaminson Police Department” as requested, nor
is the Township required under the law to create such a list. Also be
advised that access to the records you have requested, if in the
Township’s possession, would be denied since such records are exempt since
they may comprise or contain security measures and surveillance techniques
which, if disclosed, would create a risk to the safety of persons or
property.
