The undersigned is legal counsel to the Town of Belvidere. On behalf of the Town's Records Custodian, please be advised that your OPRA Request is denied. Your Request is overly broad and unclear. I am attaching the relevant portion of the 2025 Eighth Edition of the Records Custodian Handbook prepared by the Government Records Council. Your Request is a classic overly broad OPRA.
