Childcare facility COVID-19 infection data
Dear New Jersey Division of Children & Families,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: I'd like a copy of any and all internal data compilations or reports gathered from the records of Daily Log of Child and Staff Entry Health Screenings and Attendance used by the DCF Emergency Childcare Centers. The data would most likely include number of infections of both staff and children. This complied data might also be the result of the online daily report generated by each facility.
Yours faithfully,
Evan P Scott Jr.
Dear New Jersey Division of Children & Families,
There seems to be a delay in my request that should have been responded to by August 13, 2020. Can you acknowledge receipt and your intentions to respond please?
Yours faithfully,
Evan Scott
