Please see attached. The contract approved at the September 11, 2023 Council Meeting is not fully executed. I anticipate the contract being executed in the next few days, in the meantime the unsigned copy can be viewed in our office during regular office hours Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
