Any contract documentation or email governing or discussing accrual of previous listed time to include whether it must be used each year or can be accrued and what is the accrual cap. any indication on whether accrued time must be used following year by certain date, lost if not used, or unlimited accrual.

Any contract, documentation, or email governing or discussing payout or limitations of accrued time upon retirement or separation of department, to include if they are allowed to use all accrued time as parachute upon separating service.
