Environmental, and Occupational Health,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law
right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please
acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

Please provide a complete list of all chemicals that have been and are
used in 55 North Willow Street, Trenton, NJ (DOH building) from the time
the building was erected to now.

Specifically, please provide a complete list of chemicals used to clean
and maintain the building  including whether any metalworking fluids are
utilized.

Please be specific about the chemical that was/is used and the timeframe
it was/is used.
