Please forward all OPRA requests to Angela Bauer (copied here) who, as you know, is the Board Secretary. Feel free to copy me in, but I am not the individual responsible for receiving communications to the District. As for the request below, the District will require an additional 14 days to retrieve/copy the checks that you have requested. As for your request for the “reason for the check,” that request does not seek an identifiable record as required by OPRA and applicable case law. As such, that request is presently denied. To the extent you request identifiable records in the future (directed to Ms. Bauer), they will be provided to the extent they are not exempt from production under the law. Thank you.
