Dear Prospect Park Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:
Certificates of occupancy with current addresses of all Board of Education members

Rules and regulations asked for Board Members to be living in the Boro of Prospect Park. Legal papers have been mailed to at least two Board members and they came back with "not at this address" seal.
I am not looking for the address they stated at their election time, but for their current domiciles. These Certificates of Occupancy must be certified by the Boro Building Department inspector.

While the Borough of Prospect Park is in receipt of your OPRA request
below, the request submitted is unclear and unacceptable as is. Reason
being is that it would require that research is conducted on the Board of
Education members and their addresses. 

 

To make the request more clear and valid, please specify the exact address
in which you are seeking COS or some other specific public record for
which you seek.
