Certificate of Occupancy New regulations
Dear Union City,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I called the building department and was told that due to Covid they are not offering certificates of occupancy they are now replaced with certificates of Approval.
Can you elaborate of what the new process is and the timeline?
As well as where in the union city ordinance was this change made?
