Please be advised there are no records responsive to your Open Public
Records Act (OPRA) request "Certificate of Occupancy for the property
located at 1350 15^th Street, Fort Lee, NJ, including any and all
certificates of occupancy, temporary certificates of occupancy and any
documents stating the building's permitted live load capacity." 
The Fort Lee Building Department has advised they are not able to locate
any of the records requested as the building was built in 1964.
Additionally, any documents pertaining to the building's permitted live
load would be provided by an engineer. If you need further assistance,
