Dear South Amboy City,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
(1) Please provide the CFO’s latest Cash and Investment Report.
The city’s cash and investment policy was adopted under ordinance # 23-002. Per the policy, the treasurer or the Chief Finance Officer shall report to the Finance Committee and/or the Governing Body at regular meetings on all investments. This report shall include information on the balances in all bank and investment accounts, and purchases, sales, and redemptions occurring in the prior month.
