Please be advised that the case associated with complaint #W-2025 178
involves the arrest of an individual for an indictable offense.  In
Burlington County, any requests for records involving indictable charges
must be directed to the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office.  A copy of
their OPRA request form is attached to this response.
