Dear Department of Labor, Division of Public Safety and Occupational Safety and Health,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: Any and all records (complaints, inspections, violations, resolution, etc) pertaining to the Minotola Volunteer Fire Company, Buena Borough Fire District #2, residing at P.O. Box 176, 255 Wheat Road Minotola, NJ 08341 (Atlantic County). The search should be limited to calendar years 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021.
