Dear Mr. Rozzi,

In reviewing the District’s responses to the OPRA requests sent to you on
July 17, 2023, and August 24, 2023, the District has determined to amend
its production related to the following four invoices:  994533 (June
2023), 994538 (June 2023), 1001310 (July 2023), and 1001312 (July 2023). 
This amended production revises the redactions made in the initial
production and clarifies the OPRA exceptions justifying said redactions. 

Additionally, to the extent that the invoices produced in response to your
prior OPRA requests contain unredacted information that would otherwise be
subject to exemption for the attorney/client privilege; the attorney work
product doctrine; advisory, consultative, or deliberative material; or any
other recognized OPRA exemption, any non-redaction of such information in
these or other produced invoices does not constitute a waiver of the
District’s ability to assert such an exemption in response to future
records requests. 

This amended production of documents shall fully satisfy any obligation on
the part of the District in response to the above-referenced records
requests.
