Dear Chester Borough,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Good morning,
Please be advised the Chester Police Department has received your request to Chester Borough dated 9/18/25 and received by this agency on 9/22/25.
The Chester Police Department covers both Chester Township and Chester Borough, Morris County NJ. Since we have received the same request for "Body worn camera footage of all fire department assists performed between 7-1-25 and 7-14-25" on 9/19/25- know that our response will include both municipalities within one response.
