Dear Harding Township,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Good morning,

This email is in reference to your OPRA request for body-worn camera
footage related to all fire department assists performed between 7-1-25
and 7-14-25. I attempted to contact you on multiple occasions regarding
the required payment to process your request. As no response or payment
has been received, your request is hereby denied pursuant to N.J.S.A.
47:1A-5(f), which permits a custodian to require prepayment of fees prior
to fulfilling a records request.

If you wish to proceed, you may resubmit your request at any time with the
required payment.
