Camden County Microgrid Application
Dear New Jersey Board of Public Utilities,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: A full copy of the microgrid application which has been proposed by Camden County and the Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority (“CCMUA”) with the intent of connecting CCMUA with Covanta via this microgrid project.
Please respond within 7 business days from the receipt of this request or from the date upon which the BPU receives this application.
