The retention guidelines for the State of New Jersey state that we are required to retain 911 audio for a minimum of 31 days. Those are the guidelines that we follow.

I talked to Communications, and now they are telling me audio is kept for six months. I have your original request ready. I'm not going to do anything with your amended request until you take a look at what we sent you. If after receiving your initial request you are in need of further information, let me know. I don't want these case numbers and information getting mixed up.
