In addition, a copy of the spreadsheet prepared during the calculation of fees with unit prices for each line item relating to Northgate West at Beaver Brook.
Please include road names and or addresses sited during the field work.

Per your OPRA request below:
1. The Tax Assessor, Jeff Ward stated you can come in and look at the tax map and discuss how the numbers were determined. Jeff's number is 735-8800 x211.
2. There is no spreadsheet on the calculations of fees. The formula used is Exhibit A on the back of the each contract.
