Thank you for the response. However the police department memo does not address all of the records I requested, and none of the reports / narratives were included in the response.
In accordance with OPRA, could you please kindly advise of the following:
What documents are being withheld and are allegedly unable to be released?
Additionally, what is the exemption the police department is relying on for withholding the requested records?

I am writing to follow up on my message from July 15th.
The memo from the police department was legally insufficient as to the reason that the reports were withheld. Please kindly provide the legal basis as to why the CAD narratives and reports that clearly exist were not provided as required by OPRA.
