I am submitting this request as an independent member of the public. I am submitting this request in my own name because I believe the prior denial under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-3(a) was legally insufficient, and because the public has a legitimate and ongoing interest in the conduct of its police department. 2. Body-worn camera footage: BWC video from all responding officers, covering the traffic stop from the moment of initiation through the officers leaving the scene.
I am withdrawing the request for in-car (MVR) and separate audio recordings.
Please advise if fulfilling this request would exceed 15 hours of labor. If so, I am happy to work with the Custodian to further narrow the scope.
