Please provide a true and exact copy of all records, reports, writings, and recordings resulting from an interaction/confrontation that occurred between an MTPS bus operator and a male parent between March 28th 2022 and April 15th 2022 in Marlboro, NJ in the vicinity of but not necessarily on Riley Rd. Include in your production copies of all records, recording, memo, notes, reports, claims, letters, and other written or recorded material related to this incident.

Please be advised that certain communications have been redacted to
safeguard from public access a citizen’s home address, as well as
references to students. Additionally, a communication has been identified
as responsive but withheld because it is a student record. Finally, there
was a recording that was identified as responsive but withheld because it
contains the images of numerous students and because disclosure would
compromise the integrity of a security system

After further review, we learned the responsive documents sent to you on
May 20, 2022 associated with your OPRA request contained the wrong name.
Please see attached revised responsive documents containing Mr. McCormack
addressed as "Andrew" instead of "Anthony", as Mr. McCormacks first name
is Andrew.
